Ingredients

1 kg mussels from our shop
1 pack of spaghetti
1 clove of garlic
1 Florin pepper
1 hot pepper
1 little piece of ginger
120 ml white winw
100ml olive oil
2 spoons estragon
a liitle bit of parsley
salt

Execution

  • Saute the two kinds of peppers and garlic clove with hot olive oil in a pan.
  • Quench with wine and add mussels, estragon, parsley and grated ginger.
  • Add some water, cover the pan and wait until all mussels to open.
  • Add spaghetti which has been boiled in salted water.
  • Mix the ingredients well.
  • This dish is preferably garnishes with olive oil and sea salt.
