Ingredients

1 kg shrimps medium size prom our shop
4 big leeks (only the white section), chopped
3 to 4 frsh onions, chopped
olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
200gr. sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup ouzo
salt and pepper

Execution

  • Saute leeks and little onions in olive oil,in a deep pan.
  • Quench with wine.
  • Add shrimps in order to saute them a little bit.
  • Add the sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Stimmer for 5 minutes mixing the ingedients with a wooden spoon.
  • Quench with ouzo.
  • salt and pepper.
This dish is combined baytifully with green spinach taggliatelle.
