Ingredients

1 kg shrimps from our shop
vinegar,salt
3 potatoes medium size
2 spoons chopped pickled cucumber
2 spoons caper
1/2 cup olive oil
lemon juice from one lemon
1 spoon mustard
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 small carrot to garnish (optional)
5 green olives to garnish (optional)

Execution

  • Boil the shrimps in salted water with a little bit of vinegar for 7 minutes.
  • Boil the potatoes whole,clean them and cut them in cubes.
  • Clean the shrimps and put them together with the potatoes in a big salad plate.
  • Add the pickled cucumber and the caper and mix them well.
  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and parsley and surround it in the salad.
  • Optionally, we can garnish with olives and chopped carrott.
