Ingredients

1 kg fish ( grupper, hake, redfish, dentex) from our shop
8 medium potatoes
8 small carrots
2 small onions
6 small zucchini
2 tomatoes (optional)
1 bunch chopped celery
4-5 celery root, chopped
salt and pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
lemon juice from 2 to 3 lemons
1 cup rice for the soup

Execution

  • Clean all the vegetables and add them with the celery and the celery root to boil in a pot with plenty water.
  • Clean the fish.
  • Wash the fish, salt and pepper it and put it in a colander.
  • When the vegetables have parboiled, add the fish and leave them boil 10 to 15 minutes.
  • As long as they are ready, remove the fish, drain it very well and put it in a big plate garnishing with the vegetables.
  • Pour over with little olive oil, lemon juice and add salt and pepper.
