Ingredients

1.5 kg cuttlefish from our shop
6 fresh onions
3/4 cup olive oil
1 kg spinach
2 cups concentrated tomato juice
1/2 cup white wine
1 bunch chopped dill
salt and pepper

Execution

  • Clean the cuttlefish,wash them and cut them in pieces.
  • Saute them with onions in olive oil.
  • Add spinach which is chopped and drained well.
  • Mix them properly for 3 to 4 minutes, add tomato juice, wine, anise, salt and pepper.
  • Simmer them for almost 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
